Advertising Disclosure

Last updated: June 15, 2026

Dinero Claro is a personal finance application with both free and paid plans. To keep the free plan available and continue improving the app, we display third-party advertising on some pages of the website. This page explains clearly how, where, and why those ads appear.

1. How we fund the free plan

We operate a hybrid model: a Premium subscription ($7.99/month or $73.99/year) funds most of our development, and advertising supplements revenue so the free plan can exist without asking for a credit card. If you prefer to browse without ads, Premium users see no ads inside the application.

2. Who serves the ads

Ads on dineroclaro.app and its subdomains are served by Google AdSense, a service operated by Google LLC. Our publisher ID is ca-pub-3610402815010518, which is publicly declared at /ads.txt and /app-ads.txt following the IAB standard.

3. Where ads appear

We display ad units on a limited number of public website pages (for example, the blog index, the calculators page, and a few long-form articles). We never display advertising inside the authenticated application (/app/*), in payment flows, in sign-in forms, or on any page containing your personal financial data.

4. How ads are selected

Google AdSense automatically selects ads based on the content of the page and, if you have given consent, on interests inferred by Google. Dinero Claro does not share personal financial data or your account contents with Google or any ad network; advertising cookies are managed directly by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy.

5. Our editorial standard

Editorial content (blog articles, guides, comparisons) is produced with commercial independence. No advertiser can buy editorial coverage, a favorable review, or placement inside an article. Mentions of competitor products (Mint, YNAB, Rocket Money, Monarch, Goodbudget, etc.) are editorial analyses based on the publicly available use of those products.

6. Cookie consent and personalized advertising

In regions where the law requires it (EU/EEA, UK, California), we request your consent before showing personalized ads. You can update your preferences at any time from the cookie banner or from the Cookie Policy page. If you decline consent, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized contextual ads.

7. Prohibited ad categories

We block ad categories incompatible with a financial education site: predatory lending (high-APR payday loans), unregulated speculative cryptocurrencies, pyramid schemes, adult content, alcohol/tobacco, gambling, and paid political content. If you see an ad you believe is misleading or inappropriate, email contact@dineroclaro.app with a screenshot and the page URL.

8. No hidden sponsorships

We do not publish sponsored content disguised as editorial. If we ever publish a sponsored or paid article in the future, it will be clearly labeled "Sponsored" or "Advertorial" at the top, and the sponsor will be identified.

9. Affiliate programs

For specific disclosure of affiliate links (where we earn a commission if you purchase through a link), see our separate Affiliate Disclosure at /affiliate-disclosure.

10. Contact

Questions about this advertising disclosure: contact@dineroclaro.app. To report an inappropriate ad, include the page URL, a screenshot of the ad, and the approximate date.
